Placing a pre-order means that a product has not yet released, but you will be put in the queue to receive your order before everyone else after launch. During pre-order, the product is still in production and may take extra time for delivery. Once you place your pre-order, we will keep you up to speed on the status of your order until it ships.
Pre-Order, as described, is a pre-order and does not have any physical product attached. When product is available and ready to ship, pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.
Payment: Payment is only collected when the pre-order is ready to ship.
Payment failure: If a pre-order payment fails, customers will be sent an email notice to update payment information. Failure to update will result in the cancellation of your order.
Estimated Date of Arrival: Date of delivery is dependent on production timeline and shipping lead time. Please note that additional delays could possibly occur.
Cancellation: Pre-orders can be canceled by emailing email@example.com and opening a support ticket.
Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty: If you are returning a product, an RMA Number and shipping label can be requested by opening a support ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your ordered item(s) did not arrive to us, we will not refund any funds captured.
Orders without any payment made will be automatically canceled.
